If you delete the app from your device, locally stored app data may also be deleted, depending on iOS behavior and your device settings.
4. Notifications and Reminders
LumaHydra may request permission to send local notifications so it can remind you to drink water or maintain your hydration rhythm.
- Notifications are scheduled based on the reminder settings you choose.
- You can enable, disable, or modify reminders in the app settings.
- You can also manage notification permissions in your device settings.
- Notification scheduling may use a custom notification sound included in the app bundle.
Local notifications are handled by the device operating system. We do not need to collect sensitive personal information to schedule these reminders.
5. Health and Wellness Information
LumaHydra may display hydration-related progress, scores, and insights based on your own entries. These features are intended for general wellness and habit tracking only.
LumaHydra is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
6. Apple Health
If LumaHydra includes Apple Health integration, the app may request permission to read or write supported hydration-related data through Apple HealthKit.
- Apple Health permissions are optional and controlled by you.
- You can grant, deny, or revoke Apple Health permissions through iOS settings or Apple Health settings.
- HealthKit data is used only for the health or fitness functionality you enable.
- HealthKit data is not used for advertising.
- HealthKit data is not sold.
If Apple Health integration is not enabled, LumaHydra can still function using app-local hydration entries.
7. Premium Features and Purchases
LumaHydra may offer premium features, subscriptions, free trials, or in-app purchases. Purchase processing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may provide transaction status or subscription entitlement information required to unlock premium features.
8. Analytics and Diagnostics
We may use analytics or diagnostics tools to understand app performance, stability, crashes, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the app experience.
Depending on the app version and integrations used, analytics or diagnostics may include information such as:
